Frozé (frozen rosé) is the perfect summer cool-off drink and it's so easy to make! Follow these easy instructions to make your own at home.
1 750 mL bottle of your favorite rosé
1/2 cup of sugar (skip if you're using a sweet rosé)
8 oz of strawberries, cut into quarters
fresh lemon juice
Pour your rosé in a 13x9 inch pan and put it in the freezer for about 6 hours. It won't freeze completely because of the alcohol, but make sure it's almost solid.
Scoop out your rosé into a blender, add the sugar, and blend.
Finally, add in your strawberries and squeeze a bit of lemon juice and voila! Your frozé is ready to be served!
